Smith is a former WBO world champion who has consistently fought at the highest level and is coming off the back of two dominant victories over Jessie Vargas and Anthony Fowler.
Mwakinyo is a big knockout puncher who has stopped the likes of Sam Eggington (current IBO world champion) in just two rounds and remains unbeaten himself in five years.
The co-main event will be a great world title unification bout, when Natasha Jonas puts her WBO super welterweight world title on the line against the unbeaten and dangerous Patricia Berghult, who holds the WBC title.
