Live Martial Arts Events Now Available in New Zealand and Select Pacific Islands
Singapore (September 29, 2023)--ONE Championship (ONE), the world's largest martial arts organization, and FITE by Triller, today announced an exclusive agreement to broadcast live action-packed ONE Championship events in New Zealand and select Pacific Islands. The deal includes all Asia primetime ONE Friday Fight events, as well as all U.S. primetime ONE Fight Night events, beginning with ONE Fight Night 14: Stamp vs. Ham today at 1 p.m. NZDT / 8 a.m. SGT.
The partnership provides fans with near-weekly live action in English as part of a FITE+ subscription's low monthly rate.
Live from the world-renowned Singapore Indoor Stadium, ONE Fight Night 14: Stamp vs. Ham will feature several of the world's top women's martial artists competing in three World Title matches across three different disciplines. In the main event, Stamp Fairtex of Thailand will attempt to become the organization's first three-sport World Champion when she takes on decorated South Korean veteran Ham Seo Hee for the ONE Interim Women's Atomweight MMA World Championship.
The event will also feature Swedish phenom Smilla Sundell defending the ONE Women's Strawweight Muay Thai World Title against Allycia Hellen Rodrigues of Brazil, BJJ superstars Danielle Kelly and Jessa Khan facing off for the inaugural ONE Women's Atomweight Submission Grappling World Championship, and ONE Women's Strawweight MMA World Champion "The Panda" Xiong Jing Nan taking on Nat "Wondergirl" Jaroonsak in a can't-miss special rules striking contest.
ONE Fight Night 14 will also mark the return of former ONE Bantamweight MMA World Champion John Lineker, who returns from his thrilling knockout win at ONE Fight Night 13 to face #2-ranked contender Stephen Loman.
Outside of New Zealand, the FITE+ broadcast partnership will provide access to live ONE Championship events for fans in American Samoa, Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, Guam, Kiribati, Niue, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, New Caledonia, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis, and Futuna.
