Dynasty Gets Chilly in Philly
Philly is known for its cheesesteaks, hot pretzels, Rocky Balboa and Super Bowl Champions, the Philadelphia Eagles. And don't forget the Liberty Bell. But on April 6, 2025, AEW Dynasty takes over, and the "City of Brotherly Love" will be having some brotherly and sisterly battles. You won't want to miss seeing whose bell will be rung.
AEW's Dynasty Lineup is Stacked
- AEW International Championship - Kenny Omega (c) vs Ricochet vs Mike Bailey

This match has some real excitement going for it. Back in 2014, Omega lost to Ricochet in the semi-final match of the Battle of Los Angeles. Their styles match well together, but ever since Omega's return from diverticulitis he has been on a tear. This culminated on March 9, 2025 at AEW Revolution, also in Los Angeles, where Omega won the AEW International Championship in spectacular fashion.
Both Omega and Takeshita's bodies were flying in and out of the ring, and the athleticism was on full display. The match further solidified Omega as a true global star and one of the best wrestlers in the world. With Ricochet you also get an action-packed, high-flying athlete and risk taker, so get ready. While those two may be more well known, Speedball Mike Bailey is a definite threat to both. Combine his high-energy and fast-paced wrestling style with strong strikes and devastating kicks and this is going to be thrills times three!
- AEW Women's World Championship - Toni Storm (c) vs Megan Bayne

Timeless Toni Storm is a leading lady and a leading wrestling star, and continues to mystify and excite fans. In fact, many feel her match against Mariah May at AEW Revolution 2025 was the highlight of the night. When it comes to this bout, the temperature is already running way hot. Megan Bayne's style of strength and dominance has earned her the nickname "Megasus," and beating Kris Statlander at AEW Dynamite clearly set off a literal storm.
After that match, Toni Storm flung herself into the ring and she and Bayne immediately exchanged blows. She threw Bayne out of the ring, lifted her belt up high and threw down the challenge.

"You keep looking at my title but you don't have much to say. So, I'm gonna make this very easy for you. You and I shall have a date at Dynasty. And I will make your thighs shake and your body quake and I will leave with this strap on for I am Timeless Toni Storm."
- AEW World Championship - Jon Moxley (c) vs Swerve Strickland

Jon Moxley is one tough wrestler, though it looked like his reign as champion would end at the hands of Cope and some nasty spikes he landed on at AEW Dynamite. But the street fight got wild and Cope went out, leaving a bloodied and battered Moxley still champion.
While he and The Death Riders seem unstoppable, there is someone who has his eyes set on the prize once again. Former champion Swerve Strickland is a strong competitor, and is quickly evolving into a fan favorite thanks to his charisma, athleticism, and hard-hitting, high-flying wrestling style. He is tough like Moxley, and very hungry, and would do anything to recapture the AEW Championship and hold that belt for a long, long time.
To see how these matches and more all shake out, you have to tune in.
